Description : Peugeot has reinvented the pepper mill. Outfitted with a unique technology, it introduces itself in glistening stainless steel. It is named Mahé. The mill has no middle axis that joins its head to the grinding mechanism, unlike what you would find in any other mill to adjust the grinding level. The mechanism for setting the grinding level is instead located at the base of the mill. The U'Select technology, also a patent from Peugeot, allows for six grinding levels. The legendary grinder, made of tool steel, does its work reliably and smoothly. The pepper and salt mills of the Mahé series were awarded the Kitchen Innovation Prize 2009. The pepper mills are outfitted with patented U'SELECT technology that allows for free adjustment of the grinding level, yet also offers six default adjustment positions.
